Adhering to local and federal fish and wildlife rules and regulations are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Miami Reptile Company will never knowingly sell or ship animals that would violate these rules and regulations.
All turtles and tortoises under 4 inches in length are sold for educational purposes or scientific research. According to FDA regulations Miami Reptile Company will not sell said items as pets.
All photos and descriptions of animals on our site are the sole property of Miami Reptile Company and cannot be copied or used without our written permission.
Unless specifically stated animal photos represent the species being offered and not the actual animal sold and shipped.
Miami Reptile Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Due to the nature of our product we will not sell to minors and may request age verification at our discretion.
Shipping: MRC is not responsible for any package once it has been tendered to the shipping carrier.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
